— Worked on the RV and sent out a newsletter
I had my normal breakfast, then selected a set of images to include in a newsletter. J went for a walk while I was doing that. Then I worked on the umbilical cord that goes between the RV and the Jeep when we're towing the Jeep. I got the lights working correctly, but the brake system still wasn't working.
I took a break for lunch, then went back to working on the umbilical cord. After some trial and error, I got everything working. I came back inside the RV and worked up the text for the newsletter to family and friends. I sent it off right before starting to make Trader Joe's Mandarin Orange Chicken. I also made a batch of Great Value (WalMart brand) Chicken Flavor Rice & Vermicelli to have with the chicken — the closest thing to plain rice we had in the RV.
We had dinner around 6:05, and we enjoyed it. J said the chicken was as good as the Sesame Chicken at the August Moon (Chinese Restaurant) here in Parker!
After dinner, J made some banana bread and I converted the newsletter to family and friends to one for followers of my photography website. I sent it off, then set up the web page for it.
