Elephant Butte Lake State Park (South Monticello), New Mexico, USA
— Did computer work, walked, grilled, and downselected images
We took it easy this morning. After my normal breakfast, I did some computer work. We left at 11:15 and ...
Walked around the campground. I really enjoyed getting out after being cooped up for so long in the RV.
We returned to the RV around 11:50. I made a batch of Teriyaki Marinade and started to marinade a flatiron steak for dinner.
I had lunch around 12:40 of Clif Bars because we had run out of ham and forgot to pick some up at Bullock's yesterday. I worked up a blog entry, then did some more computer work. I turned on the grill to preheat around 5:05, then prepared a batch of Grilled Cheesy Potatoes. I kicked it up a notch by adding some fresh-ground McCormick Peppercorn Medley and garlic powder. I made a salad while the potatoes were grilling.
We had dinner around 6:15 of the grilled marinated flatiron steak, grilled cheesy potatoes, and salad. It was very tasty if I do say so myself. :) I had a glass of Charles Shaw Merlot, and J said she was much more relaxed after I had some. :)
After dinner, I downselected images and assigned final file names from Jasper National Park last year.
