— Processed images re-wrapped my 500 f4 in Army Digital Camo Form
It wasn't raining when I awoke. :) It had rained all day yesterday, and the forecast was for more rain this morning. I'd much rather have the sunny sky outside than more rain. Had my normal breakfast, then worked up a blog entry. We left at 10:27 and ...

Walked out to the main road and then back along the road. On the way back, we caught up to our neighbor, Fran, walking their two small dogs, Betty and Barbie, and chatted for a while.

We returned to the RV at 11:15 and I did some computer work.

I had lunch around 12:10 of ham and Swiss on rye. I processed images for a stock submission. I was working through images from our trip to South Africa in November 2007 and in particular our time in Hluhluwe-Imfolozi and Game Reserve and Kruger National Park. Hluhluwe-Imfolozi and Game Reserve is the oldest proclaimed park in Africa, and played an important role in saving white rhinos from extinction. As such, it's a great place to photograph white rhinos (far left). We also had fun photographing several spotted-backed weavers building nests (near left).

We went out to our Primos Vision Blind at 3:30 to photograph the quail. A group had been resting at the base of a bush for most of the afternoon, and they had just gotten up before we went out to the blind. Unfortunately, the quail left the area, so we ...

Went back into the RV at 4:15. I processed more images for a stock submission, then started to re-wrap my Canon EF 500 f4 with Army Digital Camo Form. (You may read more about Camo Form on my blog entry for January 24, 2010.) It had been wrapped in Camo Form with a Mossy Oak Breakup pattern, and the Camo Form was starting to pull apart where it went around the control panel on the side of the lens.

We had dinner around 6:20 of leftover hotdogs, Bush's Baked Beans kicked up a notch by J (sautéed onions, bell peppers, barbeque sauce, and brown sugar), and chips and salsa. I also had more of the Charles Shaw Chardonnay — what a combination! We finished the Dr. Oetker Tiramisu for dessert, and it was much better today than yesterday — the flavors had mellowed. I'd definitely make it again!

After doing the dishes, I finished re-wrapping my 500 f4, and it looks really good. :) I finished processing a set of images for a stock submission, then packaged up the Canon EF 16-35mm f2.8 L USM (Mk I) and B+W 77mm slim UV and circular polarizer filters that I sold on eBay.

Dr. Oetker Tiramisu...Will try this dessert . I have seen it but wondered if would be worth the purchase. And I have had 2 Buck Chuck wine it's pretty good. Bruno & Peaches coming over for the Super Bowl to cheer for the Colts (my home town). If you two were here you could enjoy some Chili & French Bread, Snacks, Angel Food Cake.
